Can the Registration & App e-mail & password be reset? (I forgot what I put in). The Factory Reset function does not appear to clear it.

Correct, the factory reset doesn’t clear the pairing since it’s using the unique ID of the device which never change.  Email me the last 5 digits of the UID found in Information->System Info and I’ll get it reset.  Thanks!
